I am a mental health practitioner and have been teaching for 2 years now. I have helped with 11+ exam prep and basic level creative writing at primary school. I've worked with children with SE needs and additional learning difficulties.

When teaching I use colours and pictures so the information is memorable. I structure my sessions with a 15 minutes break inbetween and provide homework tasks so information is relayed well. I also use practical tools to enable them to practice what is learnt in class via the use of example questions and tasks. The lessons are very interactive in comparison to the teacher speaking to a greater extent.
