I am 24 years old and currently living in Melbourne.
I have been practicing Yoga for 8 years now and feel more connected to the practice each day.
I love to surf, be out in nature, dance and enjoy my life. I am also super passionate about sharing the teachings of Yoga.

My offerings include Vinyasa, Yin and Hatha Yoga. In my sessions I aim to deliver conscious and authentic Yoga in a simple, clear and accessible way that honours the true ancient systems of the tradition. I take a grounded approach to building awareness and provide a space for students to heal and align in an embodied, authentic and sustainable way. My sessions are a space where everyone and everything is welcome. Through practice, my intention is to empower students to navigate their lives with more clarity, confidence and connection to consciousness. Encouraging them to reach their fullest potential, infinite radiance and unbounded capability.
