About Nikita
Namaste I began my yoga training in Rishikesh with the intention of finding inner peace. As a qualified pharmacist, I have always been passionate about health and wellness, and yoga has allowed me to deepen that connection beyond just physical well-being. Through my practice, I discovered a profound sense of self-love, and I returned with a desire to help others experience the same. I also follow a vegan lifestyle, aligning my diet with my values of mindfulness and compassion. It’s truly incredible how connecting the mind, body, and breath can transform our well-being. My teaching blends traditional wisdom with a modern understanding of movement, creating a safe, enriching, and transformative experience for every student.
