About Jackson
Life inside and outside of high school is stressful enough. With that in mind, my number one job as a tutor is to help make your educational experience less stressful, not more. Too often, students struggle in upper-level math because they have simply been asked to memorize formulas without understanding how and why they work. My lessons will not only fill in these gaps of understanding, they will reinforce your confidence both in math and in general. For over three years, my students have told me that my approach to teaching made the difference in them graduating. I look forward to providing the same level of commitment to you as well.

My goal is to meet students where they are at; whether math is a subject they struggle in, or it is their favorite class, my responsibility is to provide a safe environment where students can acquire a robust understanding of difficult material and improve their grades.
By reviewing students' most recent tests and homework, we can identify which areas need to be addressed and to what extent. This way, we can assess whether students simply need to review a specific lesson or need to relearn a broad concept from scratch.
