About Sara
Hi, I’m Sara Raool, a Yoga Teacher and Evaluator. I have completed my Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training from GMM and am a Government of India Certified Yoga Teacher.
I specialize in personalized one-on-one yoga sessions, tailoring each class to the individual needs, goals, and abilities of my students. My approach focuses on creating a safe, effective, and sustainable practice that supports overall well-being.
Over the years, I have helped students address concerns such as body pain, weight management, hormonal imbalances, improved flexibility, strength, and stress reduction, with positive and meaningful results.

Shakti Band series
Asanas (yoga postures)
Pranayama (breathwork)
Yoga Nidra/Shavasana (final relaxation)
The sequence and intensity are adapted for each student to ensure a safe, effective, and supportive experience.
