I enjoy teaching because I’ve always had a passion for sharing my knowledge and aiding those who are going through the trials and tribulations that I previously have. As a recently graduated high school student, I believe I can offer a connection and personal advice that a lot of tutors could not whether regarding subject material or life in secondary school.

I believe in solidifying fundamentals in a subject before approaching harder content so students can develop a more intuitive understanding of concepts. Reviewing students’ past work (e.g. homework, tests or past papers) is crucial to understanding where they may have knowledge gaps which can be remedied through appropriate drills and similar question types. I have taught students in high school from the age of 7-16 years old over 1-1.5 hour lessons.
