I don't follow a particular method, I was inspired by the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Jiddu Krishnamurthi. There are many methods invented by man to master the technique of how to be meditative. These methods took him nowhere. There is just a need for certain attention to learn the art of meditation. I want you to reach that point of attention where things become clearer in your perception.
