About Elisa
I am originally a molecular biologist, after years of research at the university I decided to change the scope of my research and to give myself to the research of the self as a personal practice and sharing it by teaching yoga. I trained following the sole of Anusara Yoga (ASHY), I continue to study with Italian and foreign teachers to deepen my knowledge of biomechanics, philosophy, and the ancient science of yoga.

I am a hatha yoga teacher with elements of Anusara. In each lesson I present a dynamic and creative practice with sequences that vary according to the level of the students, the energy of the class, and the specific focus of the lesson. I have followed in-depth examinations of yoga practiced during the elderly, yoga nidra, therapeutic yoga, and the teaching of yoga in the developmental age. I am appreciated for my energetic sweetness, for the precision of the instructions given, for my ability to blend spirituality and daily life and to connect with the students.
