About Shevya

I am also a student who is also studying. I want to share my knowledge with everyone to know yoga deeply and to revise on my own what yoga is, how it is done, benefits of yoga, what yoga was.

About the lesson

We will study the theory first in a story way and then practice doing questions practicing papers clearing doubts every Saturday. Monday and Tuesday will be for theory and the rest of the days for practicing what we have studied on Monday and Tuesday.
