My journey into yoga began when I personally faced anxiety and depression. Through consistent practice, I experienced the powerful healing effects of yoga on both mind and body. Inspired by my transformation, I’ve spent the past 8 years helping others overcome stress, lifestyle diseases, and emotional struggles.
