About Wini
I am an experienced flute instructor with over 6 years of teaching background, helping students build confidence and skill. I teach school children, college students, and working professionals at all levels. My teaching philosophy focuses on patience, consistency, and strong basics.
I emphasise breath management, finger flexibility, tone production, and rhythm precision. I connect theory with practice by teaching music theory, scale construction, sight reading, and ear training. This helps students understand music deeply rather than just memorising notes.
I customise lessons to match each student’s ability and goals. My unique skill is creating structured practice routines that bring steady progress. I also support students in preparing for exams and performances. My mission is to make flute learning enjoyable and meaningful.

My approach to teaching flute combines structured progression with a flexible and encouraging learning atmosphere. Guided by Adaptation to Learning Styles, Flexibility, Collaboration, and Positivity, I tailor each lesson to the student’s level and understanding. I emphasise proper breathing techniques, refined embouchure positioning, tone production, articulation control, and finger agility.
Regular technical exercises such as scales, rhythmic drills, and long-note studies help students develop consistency and accuracy. I adapt my explanations and demonstrations depending on how the student learns best, ensuring clarity and comfort.
Flexibility allows me to modify lesson plans according to personal goals and performance requirements. Collaboration keeps students actively engaged in monitoring their improvement. Positivity builds confidence and motivation throughout the learning journey.
In addition to flute, I offer training in music theory fundamentals, ear training, rhythm counting, sight-reading, and performance preparation.
