About Olivia
I am a recent graduate with a bachelors degree in social science, and have worked as an assistant teacher and after-school program facilitator for over three years. I have taught basic subjects for preschool age through second grade, as well as life skills, college preparation and STEM programs for middle and high school. I now specialize in English education and test prep for all ages.

I use a facilitation-based teaching style using the experiential learning cycle. This ensures that students are not only hearing the information, but understanding it by applying it to their own lives. Lessons are constructed using thought-provoking questions, summaries, and interactive assignments. Using this technique, I have had after-school class scores increase from a 50% pass rate on their tests to 100%.
