About Jiya
It’s perfectly okay to fall behind or not understand material, and I’m here to help! As someone majoring in biology, I have taken multiple advanced science courses from biology to physics to chemistry to environmental science. I have also helped out multiple students with homework and test prep for elementary math, algebra, biology and geometry!

As a college student, I know exactly how it feels to be lost in classroom and not understand much of anything. My goal is to cater to every students learning styles and needs and boost their confidence in classroom material! My hope is to get to know the student first, understand the struggle areas and finally develop teaching methods that fit their learning styles. A typical tutoring session would include homework help, test, prep, and teaching new topics depending on the respective subject!
