I'm a passionate Spaniard who loves to cook.
I am a flexible, experienced, honest, hard-working woman who has been cooking traditional cuisine from Spain with family and friends for over 40 years now. I use a hands-on teaching approach and enjoy everyone's participation making use of the easiest and best recipes to create the most delish dishes.

I pride myself on teaching an incredibly diverse group of people how to cook healthy, friendly, accessible Spanish cuisine in their home kitchens. From the ten-year-old just starting to learn to the 90-year-old wanting to learn new and traditional Spanish dishes… everyone is welcome.
I practice a concept widely known as VAKT (Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, and Tactile) Learning Style.
Within the concept of VAKT, we know that all humans have a dominant learning style. It’s a concept that is related to perception and memory - i.e. you remember information best when it’s presented to you in your preferred modality.
Whether you are the person who pays attention best when watching an instructor; the individual who prefers to listen and learn best by listening and perhaps having conversations about recipes, traditions, etc; the type of learner who benefits from actually doing, rather than just listening or watching someone else do the activity; or the person who prefers hands-on activities and actually enjoys applying ingredients, moving around the kitchen and/or taking very detailed notes - I'm here for you!
