About Roxana
I am currently an undergraduate at the University of Manchester, where I am studying American studies. I have a huge passion for literature and history, and consider myself a confident and friendly person. I am easy to get along with and happy to work with students of all academic levels. During A-Levels I managed to pull my grades up from 2 Bs and a C in first year of sixth form to 3 A*s in my final results (English literature, History and Film Studies). I am the eldest of 3 and have helped tutor my younger siblings, so have experience in tutoring and supporting younger students. More than anything I am also here to help cope with the student's stress levels and offer support in the run up to exams.

Having had tutors before during my GCSEs and A-Levels I am aware of how to engage the student and help encourage them to enjoy their content and teach the skills needed on how to successfully write a high grade essay. I am available for up to 1 hour long sessions. During this session I can either go through specified content from either English Literature or History if I have been notified on this before, or help teach the general skills for these subjects. I am also here to read through and give feedback on any essays or exam questions of the students that need revisiting. Taught all online through Skype, so my hours are flexible to suit the needs of the student.
