About Bertrand
5 years experience in group classes and 2 years in particular / coaching courses. The audience ranged from 7 years to 35 years so far, with goals achieved in the majority of cases especially in terms of weight loss (which remains my "specialty") and the sample preparation to the bachelor who EPS have all ended in a success.

Perfect!
Perfect! Merci à Bertrand pour ses précieux conseils, et notamment comment optimiser le travail musculaire sur les machines, et plein d'autres encore. Il m'a suivi pendant plusieurs semaines, renforcement musculaire, abdos, fessiers, courses à pieds, toujours avec sérieux, professionnalisme, et bonne humeur !! Je le recommanderais volontiers à une de mes connaissances.
Perfect! Merci à Bertrand qui m'a coaché à raison de deux fois par semaine sur 2014-2015. Malheureusement (pour moi), Bertrand vient de quitter Paris pour s'installer en province! On a pas mal travaillé, j'ai transpiré... et j'ai retrouvé des muscles et des abdos.
Des cours bien préparés, avec des objectifs de progrès réalisables. Bertrand a toujours été ponctuel et de bonne humeur.View more reviews
