About Julia
As someone who also started, I understand everything. The highs and lows and I'm always here to comfort and make sure your mentality will be better than ever, even before games, practices, or in general.
We can learn from the start, from basic passing skills, shooting, and dodges. Then of course, some conditioning to be in shape. Or if you have experience, I can show you what to work on.

As someone who played sports religiously and played in varsity, club, and high school teams, I am sure you will be in good hands.
I've been playing lacrosse since 5th grade. For as long as I remember I trained endlessly and loved teaching others and myself on how to get better, leading us to playoffs in the previous season.
