I primarily aim at getting the student interested first and foremost because without a curious mind you can't find the urge to receive knowledge. Education is not just about exams but about developing a sense of understanding the subject at its very depth. So I welcome ideas, engage is discourses, encourage the unique interpretations of students and provide them space to grow. I think teaching requires an environment where the students feel free to question and present their own approaches. Assessing the student's weaknesses and offering to work in that area is the key to progress which I focus on
