Math can feel difficult when you’re given a formula but never really understand what it means. My approach is different: I focus on making the idea clear first, and then we use it to solve problems.
I’m a Mathematics graduate with 8+ years of teaching experience. Over the years, I’ve worked with students at different levels and from different educational backgrounds, so I’m comfortable adapting my teaching style to each student.
If you’re the type of student who says, **“I understand it when the teacher explains it, but I can’t solve it myself,”** that’s exactly what I like to work on. During lessons, we break difficult questions into smaller steps, identify where the confusion starts, and practice until you can solve similar problems independently.
