About Ligia
My methodology is holistic and integrated. We will practice the 8 pillars of Yoga in a single session: YAMA - NIYAMA Ethics - Intention ASANA - PRANAYAMA Poses - PRATYAHARA Breathing - DHARANA Consciousness - DHYANA Focus - SAMADHI Meditation - Transcendence This Yoga class is specifically structured for people who wish to access self knowledge through the sequences of poses integrated with breathing. The goal here is not poses for instagram :-) I offer a personalized transcendental experience.

I have been practicing Yoga since 2013, when I lived in countries in the East such as Malaysia, Thailand and Bali (Indonesia). I had several spiritual mentors and my experience with Yoga goes far beyond practicing the poses. I work with a holistic and integrated methodology that provides my students with a journey of self-knowledge and access to alternative states of consciousness not explored in their daily lives. The goal is to experience the transcendental.
