About Stephen

I have a background in sports psychology and have used it to apply conflict resolution as a support coordinator for individuals with behavioral needs. I am trained in positive practices, proactive solutions, and as an instructor for direct support professionals.

About the lesson

To build a solid foundation on basic principles and then to extrapolate upon them giving real world scenarios. Essentially making the knowledge applicable so that it’s understandable and Promote better retention. So that this is not information being memorized, but a working understanding.
