About Thulile

I'm TMthunzi, a hospitality studies educator who has been teaching for 10 years. I worked in most hotels as a chef before becoming a full-time teacher. I am a food lover. I enjoy using creativity in the kitchen as this helps me share who I am.

About the lesson

Here we learn to cook. While having fun. Exploring different cuisines from across the world. Through my lessons I will share knowledge from my industry experience helping my students prepare restaurant-like meals at home. In the lesson, recipe dishes will be shared and the steps for preparing all dishes will be shown. Step by step leaving no room for confusion.
