About Vera
I am Vera Okpanachi, a graduate of English and Literary studies who hasbeen teaching English Language for the past seven years.
I am also the CEO of Writer's Haven a proofreading company.
Teaching English Language and Literature in English is more of a mission to me to improve the way English Language is taught to students at Secondary school level.
With my unique technique, after being employed as an English Language teacher in the school I currently work, success at English language rose to 94 percent pass from a 32 percent pass rate in External Exams.
Similarly, spoken English of the students improved dramatically. For these reasons I was made theHead-of-department English Language and the Editor-in-Chief of the Schools Magazine.
Subsequent I have edited three novels which were successfully published and isbeing used in tertiary institutions as recommended text for English and Communication skills course.
