About Ananya
I am Ananya and I have developed this immense love for Yoga when I started practicing on my own under the pressure of my parents. Since then there is no going back. I started it as a workout but with time I have understood it's a work-in for me. I have taught to different age groups from young ones to old ones, from overweight ones to underweight ones.
Having an intimate experience in various traditions of Yoga, I am uniquely equipped Yoga Teacher for modern times. I blend aspects from each forms and dispense them dynamically to my fellow Yogis.

I am a dedicated individual aiming to improve the well-being through yoga. I teach Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga with different varieties to keep you all engaged. I play with flows and movements to open up every part of your body and strength and lengthen it at the same time.
I can mold classes according to the requirements of yogis out there so that you never feel bored doing the same routines every day.
Different aspects of my classes -
• They may vary from 20 minutes to 60 minutes.
• Focused areas are backbends, opening up hips and shoulders, inversions, arm balances, flexibility, stretching, mobility, strength and core.
• Difficulty level is divided into 4 parts i.e., beginner, moderate, intermediate and advanced.
