Namaste, I am Diana. And I am a yoga teacher/trainer/coach, breathing (pranayama) specialist and meditation guide. I can help you try various yoga techniques and help you find your favorite style - Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Bikram, Hatha, Iyengar, etc. My meditations will help to release the stress, improve sleeping and practice deep restoration and relaxation. Feel free to ask me any questions, I am here to share my knowledge and help you.

I have a very easy and friendly approach in yoga coaching. I will provide valuable breathing techniques, make our sessions fun, enjoyable and relaxing (depending on your needs). I always make sure you enjoy our session and you achieve your goals with me. Sessions can take between 30 mins to 1.5 hours. I finished a 200h yoga teaching course with a school in Bali. I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and have been teaching for 2 years now. My lessons are suitable for beginners, intermediate and professional clients. Prenatal yoga available. If you have any health issues- please let me know before the session. Anyone 16+ welcome!

  • What age did you start playing sport? Tell us about this time or moment in your life.

    I started doing yoga at the age of 15. Dr suggested it to me as I developed Scholiosis. I felt a lot of muscle tension and that effected my sleep, concentration, focus during the day, my posture. I could not stand and walk for too long as it was painful for my back. After I started practicing yoga even once a week- I instantly felt better. That's why years after I decided to help everyone who has any back issue
  • What are your favourite sports; those that you practice at a high level, a simple hobby, and a sport that you'd still like to discover?

    Yoga is much more than a sport to me, so I would say tennis would be my favourite sport. I also love swimming and jogging. Group sports never been my big passion, but I could never say no to beach volleyball.

    I would love to improve my balance so wind surfing, surfing and snowboarding are the sports I would like to discover for myself.
  • What gives you the motivation and passion to pursue your sport?

    Ability to help people and improve the required skills like flexibility, strength, stress or a combination of a few.
  • Do you have a sporting achievement that you're particularly proud of?

    I have done parachute once and would love to do again.
  • How have your achievements and challenges made you a better sportsperson?

    My biggest challenge in trying any sport is my back- I have Scholiosis and it might limit my strength and flexibility. But I like to challenge myself and try to listen my body more.
  • If you had to go for a jog with a famous athlete, who would you choose? And what questions would you ask them?

    I love jogging but I prefer doing it alone with a nice podcast or audiobook. This way I can focus on my practice and not feel tired.
  • How do you help people stay motivated?

    Journaling is a good practice to follow up on your achievements. When you can go back and see hi or much you've done in the past n the long run it could be very surprising.
  • What makes you a Superprof in sports?

    My eternal love and gratitude for discovering yoga and meditation. These instruments really helped me release back pain, stress, improved my sleep and keep me in balance.
