About Dhiya
I am a friendly, patient and enthusiastic AI Engineering graduate currently pursuing a Master’s in Advanced Artificial Intelligence at University College Dublin. I have always enjoyed maths and problem solving, and I especially enjoy helping younger students understand things in a simple and encouraging way. I have a younger sibling whom I love teaching, which has helped me become patient and adapt my explanations to different ways of learning. I want my students to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and building confidence in maths.

I make maths simple, engaging and enjoyable by breaking each topic into clear, manageable steps. I use examples, practice questions and problem-solving activities to help students understand concepts rather than simply memorising answers. I adapt each lesson to the child’s pace, strengths and areas that need more practice, while encouraging them to think independently and build confidence. I offer 60-minute lessons for primary and younger secondary-school students, including students up to 7th class.
