About Shimpy

I’m Shimpy Bansal, a Yoga Therapist with a Master’s in Physics. Although I chose Physics as my academic path, my passion for Yoga led me to choose it as my profession.

With 10 years of personal yoga practice and 3 years of teaching experience, I believe Yoga is not just exercise—it is an art and a way of life that nurtures the body, mind and overall well-being.

I hold a Diploma in Yoga Therapy and certifications in Mudra Therapy, Chakra Meditation and Menstrual Education. My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel calmer and live healthier through Yoga.

About the lesson

Every individual is different, so my yoga sequences are designed according to your individual needs, abilities, and pace.

As a Yoga Therapist, I offer a therapy-based yoga approach that includes:

Strengthening and stamina-building sequences
Personalized yoga practices based on individual needs
Deep relaxation and relaxation techniques
Pranayama to support healthy breathing and overall wellbeing
Bandhas practiced appropriately for deeper awareness and revitalization
