Perfect! I’ve been working with Roxanne since 2019 and truly can’t recommend her enough. She has a unique ability to tailor each session to exactly what you need—whether that’s based on your mood, mental state, or physical goals. I originally started with her to enhance and refine my mindset, and she delivered on that and so much more. Yes, my strength and flexibility have improved, but the biggest impact has been on my mental clarity, resilience, and overall well-being. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely passionate about what she does, and it shows in every session. I still work with her today and have even brought her in to teach my staff because I believe in her work that much. She’s been an incredible part of my life, and working with her is absolutely worth it.

Roxanne is an amazing yoga & meditation teacher. She is knowledgeable and can adapt her classes to different needs with ease. She also has a YouTube channel with nice easy to do at home yoga and relaxation video. I highly recommend her!
