I m pursuing BAMS....
When one shares something, his/her perspectives will result in two things:
1. Doubts regarding the knowledge which makes you a teacher, refining your own understanding.
2. Conflict of ideas or further discussion opening new doors.
And, sometimes, you learn that you were initially wrong in hesitating sharing.
Sharing can be painful sometimes, but it doesn't hurt you as long as it's knowledge that everyone can benefit from.

Firstly Iam pursuing BAMS... I think the communication between studentand teacher should be very different... Teacher should be polite with their student nd teacher has to give a number of examples both from past & present to simplify a point. I use debates to get students involved in thinking critically about the subject. This is a different method of mine and other thing is I m very interested in explaning things practically...
