About Julia
I am an Environmental Earth Science student at a university in Connecticut. I have been tutoring in various subjects for five years-- including English, science, music, and history. I have taught students in groups as large as five students in a lesson. Students have significantly improved their grades and skills with my help.

My teaching method is based on both kinesthetic and visual learning. I believe it is important for a student to both see a a skill being performed, and to perform the skill themselves in an environment that is comfortable enough for trial and error as a method of learning.

Cancellation Policy: Life happens and cancelling if you need to is okay! I do ask however that you give me 24 hours notice if you need to cancel. Students are at risk of being discontinued with lessons if they do not abide by the cancellation policy, and paid ahead lessons will not be refunded if two (2) classes are missed.
