I believe that a student should be allowed to structure their study materials in their own style. To help them create these materials, I will provide a wide range of relevant examples in every subject I teach, as well as how best to structure question answers to clearly present the relevant information to markers .
I am friendly, energetic, and will ensure all lessons are interesting and engaging for students.
What I can teach you:
I am able to teach GCSE and A-Level History and Politics. I can also introduce you to first year university history study skills, such as the concept of 'historiography'. I can also help with the study of current affairs and foreign policy, specialising in military and security matters for prospectus International Relations students.
I am new to tutoring however I have experience as a teaching assistant from working in Richard Challoner School.
I am also diagnosed dyspraxic, so can understand problems with reading, writing and presenting information in effective study guides and notes, and can give guidance on how to negate these difficulties.
I graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in BA History and Politics in 2019, and am currently completing an MA in Applied Security and Strategy in September, again at Exeter.
