About Anjali
I am a physics tutor with over 3 years of experience and an MSc in Engineering Physics. My teaching focuses on environmental physics, where I take a holistic and interdisciplinary approach. I bring together ideas from physics, engineering, and environmental science. Climate change is one of the main themes I explore with students. I also highlight renewable energy and how technologies shape a more sustainable future. Atmospheric phenomena, from greenhouse gases to weather patterns, are explained with clarity. I often use real-world data to connect theory with current events. Discussions in my sessions include policy implications and practical solutions. I encourage students to think critically about how science informs decisions. Many of my learners are eco-conscious and passionate about sustainability. I also work with environmental science students and advocates for a greener planet. Lessons are designed to be thought-provoking as well as rigorous. My aim is to connect physics to meaningful action. Together, we can apply physics to understand and solve global challenges.

My teaching approach in physics is grounded in curiosity and reflection. I focus not only on theory but also on the process of scientific inquiry. Students learn about experimental design and how to plan investigations carefully. I guide them through data analysis, showing how to extract meaning from numbers and observations. Error propagation is a key part of my lessons, as it builds critical thinking and awareness of uncertainty. I also emphasize the importance of clear scientific reporting, helping learners communicate findings effectively. My sessions are structured to be gentle yet challenging. I encourage students to test ideas, question results, and reflect on methods. DIY Scientists and Curiosity-Driven Learners especially benefit from this style. They are given room to explore while still receiving guidance. I support them in finding their own unique way to conduct investigations. Each lesson blends practice with reflection. Over time, students gain both confidence and independence. Together, we discover a new way to conduct experiments confidently.
