About Lethukuthula Sibuso
I have been giving both group classes as well as private. I am the head of mentoring at Ikamva Youth, where I tutor maths, physics, and agriculture to high school learners voluntarily. I have been there for the past three years.

My approach to students is different if it's individual classes because people learn in different ways, so I find ways in which a particular individual learns and teach them using that method. In group classes, I encourage more peer-to-peer learning because I have seen that pupils tend to listen more or understand somewhat better if a friend or one of the students in class explains a certain concept. In most cases, these kids are a bit scared to approach a teacher than they would with another student or to even stop a teacher in class and say they don't understand something. So those who understand take turns to explain to the class what they understand, and in that way, more students catch on faster.

He has a strong and profound background of tutoring. He has served as an Ikamva tutor, where workshops have been conducted to prepare tutors for understanding and facilitating learning processes with learners. He has served as a head of physics.
