Peer Learning and Support: The Code Challenges Collaboration fosters a culture of peer learning and support. Students can learn from their teammates' unique perspectives and approaches, enhancing their problem-solving skills and gaining exposure to different coding styles.
Mentor Guidance: The tutor plays the role of a mentor, guiding and facilitating the collaboration sessions. They provide insights, answer questions, and offer advice to ensure that students stay on track and derive maximum benefit from the experience.
Simulated Workplace Environment: By simulating a real workplace environment, students develop essential soft skills like communication, teamwork, and time management, which are invaluable in a professional coding setting.
Project Showcases: At the end of the course, each team presents their completed projects to the class. This encourages students to showcase their work, build confidence in their abilities, and receive constructive feedback from their peers.
