About Anna
I am joyful, compassionate, creative and have the highest standards of integrity when it comes to the practices I share.
I was a professional violinist and singer in my first career, and have worked in high end kitchens. I know about pressure, creativity, and am passionate about sharing the wisdom that cultivating a compassionate relationship with ourselves through movement practice is the best way to perform at our best, improve our relationships, get stronger and easier, and to navigate our world towards a more sustainable future. It begins with ourselves.

My teaching is rooted in rigorous training and has been shaped by over a decade of experience

As a teacher of the Alexander Technique, which is evidence based as the most effective treatment for common forms of musculoskeletal pain, you can expect to be taken exquisite care of and to hope to shift things that may have been causing you trouble for a while
I work with dynamic and quieter styles of yoga: we will tailor the specifics to suit you
I am an experienced prenatal yoga practitioner and can support you throughout pregnancy, whether you are new to yoga or experienced.
I am artistic: you can expect creative movement that enriches your life.
