Methodology

I prefer individual classes as that allows more focus on an individual, however in order to cater to multiple students the batches are aligned in order to give best help to all the students. I do provide Online yoga classes to people who want to get rid of a disease or want to learn yoga

Experience

I am a Yoga teacher, i did my Yoga and other studies from Garhwal university. I have my Yoga degree and PG Diploma in Yoga from Garhwal University. I have set up many camps to help people get rid of diseases that can be cured by Yoga
