About Kayla
My goal is to find harmony with & within each being I interact with. Through my training in Thailand, China, and the Bahamas I continue to learn how to connect with these parts of myself and others.
My teachers have all inspired me and helped me improve my relationship to my mind & body through ancient practices of mindfulness & meditation.
My wish is to guide you with these teachings in hopes that we may feel closer to ourselves and the world.

Traditional Chinese medicine teaches how to recognize imbalance and return to equanimity with nature.
Through our sessions we will build a practice using Daoist meditation, qigong movements, affirmations & a guidebook to various lifestyle changes that may benefit you & bring you closer to your goals.
Everything is QI. How we interact with, intake, purge, or retain Qi impacts our health, emotions, and environment.
