About Phyllis
With over 30 years of teaching physical movement, yoga is what brought everything together, body, mind, spirit. My foundation is a degree in exercise science with minor in psychology. I have E-RYT 500 Yoga registration, Ayurveda health Counselor 600 hours of higher educ.

I teach many styles of yoga with emphasis on the 8 limbs. The movement, the breath, the sensation of the movement, the breath, and the mind. Allowing one to come into deeper realization of self. Through guided meditations to decrease stress and stimulate self-realization.
