About Nayra
I’m a Biology tutor with over 6 years of experience and a BSc in Ecology and Conservation. I specialize in working with middle school students, introducing them to the amazing world of plants, animals, and ecosystems. My lessons are full of hands-on learning, where we explore basic life science concepts in fun and memorable ways. I often use nature observations and simple experiments, like watching seeds sprout or observing insects in a garden. I believe young learners are natural scientists—they just need the right spark. That’s why I use storytelling to bring biodiversity to life, whether it's about rainforest creatures or how bees help our food grow. I encourage students to ask questions, make predictions, and share their ideas freely. My goal is to make them feel excited about the natural world. I have a special interest in Food Chemistry and Green Chemistry, and I enjoy guiding students who wish to explore those areas further.
