About Maria Chiara
I was born and raised in Italy by my beloved nonna. She started sharing with me all the family recipe since I was 3 years old. Some have been in my family for generation! Growing up I started being more and more interest in food, ingredients and recipes. I know have a good knowledge of food and their nutrients. My main focus is been Italian food, but I spent all my three years in London learning how to cook food from all around the world. Asian? Sushi? Fusion? Mexican? You name it. Let me know what would you like to learn and I’ll take you there.

You can learning cooking just in one way: by doing it.
It’s important to have someone to lead you every step of the way, and that’s my job.
I’ll explain everything, from why one ingredient is better that the other to how to cut something in the right way.
I’ll provide recipes, ingredients and all my knowledge.
I’ll answer all your questions and I am more than happy to go through the same recipe more than once. Experience makes it perfect!
I also have some knowledge about wine and how to pare them with food, so if that’s something you also be interested in let me know!
