I am Ryan, a Global Learning & Development Director with over 21 years of experience in coaching, facilitation, and organizational transformation. My mission is to help learners at every stage—school children, college students, and professionals—develop confidence, sharpen communication, and achieve measurable success.
My credentials include an MBA in Adaptive Leadership, Fellowship with the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI), and certification from the ROI Institute India focused on demonstrating the bottom-line impact of learning and development.
