About Leilani
Since I enjoy breaking down how evolution and natural selection shape complex biological systems, teaching this subject feels natural. DNA and RNA structure are best understood by analyzing their specific functions within ecology and ecosystems.
Enzymes and metabolism regulate the nervous system in ways that clarify genetics and inheritance patterns. I also teach students how to interpret data analysis and graphs effectively for protein synthesis questions.

Biology often feels overwhelming when you try to memorize complex pathways without understanding the core logic. To fix this, we start every student relationship with a diagnostic quiz before we build the study plan. This allows me to see exactly where you stand regarding enzymes, metabolism, and the nervous system. As an MD candidate, I explain how these mechanisms relate to clinical practice.
We spend our time mastering the data analysis and graphs that appear on every official exam. I focus on the specific concepts that the AAMC tests most frequently.
You will learn to map out genetic inheritance and protein synthesis workflows efficiently. My 108 students have found that this structure simplifies their preparation process significantly. We will work through the evolution of biological models until you feel completely confident in your ability to apply these principles under pressure.
