I have been a teacher through many phases of my life and my students’ lives. Though the world of music is certainly challenging, it is a great joy to see students grow and thrive in the journey as musicians. I have learned far more from them than they have from me, but it is always an honor and privilege to work together.

Hello! My name is Alison, and I’ve beentapeaching for more than 25 years. I’ve taught studens ages 3-75, and enjoy the variety and energy of all of my students. I employ a student first curriculum centered a solid fundamentals and literature.
