I Have 10+ EXPERIENCE in the Yoga field. Practicing yoga since childhood. I have done my (M.Sc) Master in science in yoga from SVYASA Bengaluru. Our Guruji Dr. H.R. NAGENDRA is the yoga guru of our PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA Narendra Modi ji. I have done other different yoga courses also 1. I also teach Yoga to our vice president of India Mr. VAINKAIYA NAIDU and his family 2. done a course from ART OF LIVING know Sudershan Kriya very well. 3. done course from ISHA FOUNDATION Sadhgu knows shambhavi kriya very well. 4. Tnks for the classManish is a great teacher. Besides a very good yoga teacher, Manish ji is a wonderful human being too. I would surely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a yoga teacher.
Manish is a fantastic teacher and his directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and he is very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. His classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed.
Manish class is really good. I had some back issue but after start yoga with Manish back pain is fully Gone
