About Maline
I’ve been a yoga teacher for 9 years and 3 of those I lived in a traditional school in India.
Yoga is my life and it’s been my instrument of self growth and transformation.
Now a days I live in Canada, teaching in person as well as online.

I honour the yoga tradition and follow it as much as possible. Yoga is an instrument to connect you to your body and breath, reducing anxiety and bringing you into the present moment. My classes are moving meditation and designed for you to really come back to your Center.
