About Sarah
I have a degree in Advertising and PR, founder and director of a sustainable clothing brand, Thai Yoga massage therapist and passionate about teaching Yoga! My classes and I are a mixture of experiences, of everything learned throughout my life, of what surrounds me and of my incredible teachers and mentors, to whom I will always be grateful.

Each of my classes is different, always inspired by a theme that works physically, mentally and spiritually. With special focus on breathing, accompanied by music and in which it flows in all planes. They end with a guided meditation, followed by a small explanation of the homework! In this way, students can explore the practice of yoga beyond the classroom, and take it to their day to day.
