About Emilie
Being a professional dancer since the age of 19, physical training and the passion for the body in movement rhythm my daily life. I had the chance to travel and discover different cultures and techniques in the field of dance and physical training. After injuries during my dancing career, I became interested in studying different techniques such as Yoga and Pilates more deeply. I am passionate about creating courses that can suit any type of body and meet everyone needs. I practice Yoga intensively and daily for many years and since 2014 I have the joy of teaching it in Paris, for companies, corporates and private.
In 2019 I passed the Sivananda Yoga diploma in Thailand.

I have been teaching dance and physical training techniques for years,
and as a dancer my personal training has always been present and important. After years of accumulated knowledge, bad injuries during my career as a dancer and with a particular passion for yoga, I will develop courses that make my teaching valuable and adaptable for all kinds of needs, bodies, and for different purposes.
The classes can be given in English and and French.
