About Vanessa
I have a lot of university training (Masters of postgraduate, bachelor and diploma) but practical yoga and sports since I was little, yoga in a habitual way for more than 10 years. I love this discipline because it helps us to improve the quality of our body, to find ourselves physically in good condition, it nourishes the mind because through meditation and full consciousness we learn to know ourselves better to listen to our body and to provide what you need in each moment, so we have a healthy mind in a healthy body. Of course this is reflected in the soul, which is filled with positive energy, beauty and we radiate love, serenity and compassion in our whole being. I am qualified as a yoga teacher by the Indian Essence school, I attend yoga classes in different centers for 10 years and I do workshops on the weekend to reatroalimentarme, I believe in continuous training, we are always students. I also teach group yoga classes in the locality where I live and I have several students of individual private classes.

My teaching method is adapted to each person or group, since each of us is different we need a method adapted and designed exclusively for us or our group. Through a questionnaire I ask some questions and then I dedicate time to personalize and create the class that is structured in breathing exercises, intention, postures, movement, balance, floor exercises and final relaxation (meditation). I perform from classes of Vinyasa, Flow, Hatha, Yin Yoga or Restorative Yoga, as well as practical Asthanga yoga and Iyengar yoga in workshops in an eventual way. If I have to define myself, I am honest, proactive, healthy and committed. Surely we found a time that nurtures your well-being.

Perfect! Vanessa es estupenda, muy comprometida y disponible desde mi primer mensaje. Me está dando clases por Skype, 100% personalizadas incluyendo zumba/yoga/meditación. Con una energía muy buena, pedagogía y muy atenta para que todo salga bien. ¡Les recomiendo que prueben una clase!
