About Kertu
I am a physiotherapist, who went to India to learn the ancient science of yoga. In my classes I focus on safe alignment, intelligent sequencing, individual differences and proper breathing techniques. I am combining knowledge from physiotherapy, massage therapy and yoga into life changing yoga classes.

You can choose to learn Ashtanga Yoga, traditional Hatha yoga or just combined yoga flow to connect your breath with the movements.
Depending on your level I will design individualized yoga sequence for you to get the most out of your practice.
