About Alexandra
As a former dancer, all my life I’ve been connected to yoga. First, I did it for training but I found my spiritual mind-body journey with yoga/pilates/barre. I’m okay with yoga being just a physical training as well as a spiritual journey. I’m prepared for that! I’m all in. And I’m sure you will love it too. I have taken courses along my career to deepen my knowledge along the way. I also teach yoga for children.
